English: Before the Syrian Civil War, many districts of the old city remained unchanged since its construction in the 12th to the 16th century. Mixed architectural styles derived from Romans, Byzantines, Seljuks, Mamluks and Ottomans. Mosques and minarets of Aleppo, Syria.
