English: Minnie E. Dwight, née Ryan, editor and publisher of the Holyoke Transcript-Telegram from 1930 until 1957, and first woman to receive an honorary degree from UMass Amherst. Namesake of a residence hall there in the Northeast Housing area of campus, Dwight Hall.
