English: Crop from a fresco by Alphonse Le Henaff, painted in the Cathédrale Saint-Pierre de Rennes between 1871 and 1876, centered on the second king of Brittany, Salomon (Salaün)
Français : Salomon (Salaün), second roi de Bretagne. Extrait de la fresque à la cire intitulée "La procession des saints du diocèse de Rennes dans la cathédrale de Rennes", d'Alphonse Le Hénaff, peinte dans la cathédrale Saint-Pierre de Rennes entre 1871 et 1876. Salomon a été reconnu comme martyr après avoir été assassiné dans un monastère du Poher, ce qui explique la palme du martyre qu'il porte dans la main gauche. Cependant, il s'était retiré dans ce monastère pour expier l'assassinat qu'il avait lui-même commis sur son prédécesseur Erispoë : le peintre l'a représenté en civil, avec une lame dans la main droite.
