Summary

Description
English: Colonel Kanji Ishiwara in 1934. At the time he was the commander of the 4th Infantry Regiment in Sendai. Kanji Ishihara was the mastermind of the Manchurian Incident, but he was not a war criminal in the Tokyo trial because of his strong opposition in the "Roh Mizobashi (check translation)" case.
