Description
English: (a) Schematic representation of the microfabrication process. After creating a monolayer of fluorescent particle, bilayers of 1:10 Ti/Au are deposited on the top half of particles. The wafer is then placed in a becher with 2 ml DI water and sonicated for 2 h, where JPs are resuspended. (b) SEM micrographs show the three types of JPs fabricated. Scale bar represents 500 nm.
