Description
English: Gęsiowka, a German-Nazi prison camp in Warsaw after takeover by Polish soldiers from Battalion "Zośka" of Home Army in the beginning of Warsaw Uprising. In the picture a soldier and two of 348 Jews liberated from the Gesiowka prison.
Polski: Baraki i wieże strażnicze Gęsiowki, hitlerowskiego wiezienia w Warszawie po zdobyciu przez żołnierzy kompanii "Giewont" Batalionu "Zośka" dnia 5 VIII 1944 roku. Na zdjeciu dwóch z 348 uwolnionych Żydów i powstaniec stojący tyłem który został zidentyfikowany jako Juliusz Bogdan Deczkowski "Laudański".
