Summary

Description
English: Frequency comb of a mode-locked laser. The vertical dashed lines represent an extrapolation of the mode frequencies towards the carrier–envelope offset frequency (fCEO). The vertical grey line represents an unknown optical frequency. The horizontal black lines indicate the two lowest beat frequency measurements.
