English: Block-statue of Khâÿ, scribe for the general staff, holding a chapel to Thot-Djehuty, titulary god of scribes. Limestone, New Kingdom period.
The scribe's name is made of: Kh'-i-(determ-Man)-y(ii, for ee). The hieroglyphs are: rising sun-Arm-(determ-man-(adoring))-2-reeds(ii).
