Summary

Description

Clair Burgener, former U.S. Congressman from San Diego, California talking to Father Joe Carroll, of the Catholic homeless relief organization, Father Joe's Villages I Dan Anderson took this picture in front of the U.S. Courthouse in San Diego on March 3, 2006. This was after the sentencing of former Congressman Randy "Duke" Cunningham. Carroll and Burgener appeared in support of Cunningham.

am told this person is allegedly Ted Baxter, not Clair Burgener. I have my doubts, but for the benefit of a doubt, I'm removing the image. Dananderson 00:20, 23 August 2007 (UTC)
