stuck So pestell heymlich Etlich dy Eynen sack verporgen

hast So für In mit gewallt Da dye mit dem sack stenn

vnd hayß In dar Eyn krychen will er das nicht williklich

thun So denn dy den sack auff halten So greyff mit deyner

rechten handt In seyn rechteß peyn nohent bey dem knochen

außbendigs vnd heb In da mit auff auff deyn rechte seytten

vnd schreytt mit deynem lincken fuß fur seyn lincken vnd

wurff In In nammen gottes In den sack vnd Thu Im

Modern German Translation:

Item möchtest du ihn in einen Sack schieben(stecken) mit dem gerade beschrieben

Stück, so bestell' dir heimlich ein paar Leute die einen versteckten Sack

dabei haben und bei der (Fecht)Schule hinter dem Volk stehen und

fass ihn also wie im Folgenden beschrieben ist und sobald du ihn aus dem Gleichgewicht gebracht

hast, so führe ihn mit Gewalt dorthin, wo die mit dem Sack stehen

und sag' ihm, dass er hineinkriechen soll. Will er das nicht freiwillig

tun, sodann der Sack offengehalten wird, so greif mit deiner

rechten Hand von Aussen an sein rechtes Bein in der Nähe des Knochens(Fussgelenkes)

und hebe ihn damit auf auf deine rechte Seite

und schreite mit deinem linken Fuss vor seinen linken vnd

werfe ihn im Namen Gottes in den Sack und stell' dann mit

ihm an, was du willst etc
