Summary

Description
English: This is a stack of 3x600 second greyscale exposures of the recently-discovered comet A11bP7I (likely to be designated C/2024 S1 after the time of writing) taken by a 0.43-m telescope at observatory code X09 on the morning of September 28. The stack is a "darken only" stack, hence the ghost appearances of streaked stars in the background. The line left of the comet is an artifact of one of these stars as well. These images were the first followup observations after the initial discovery, and mark the first report of cometary activity.
