The "Ganwa"-Prince Louis Rwagasore (1932-1961) was the son of the King of Burundi Mwambutsa IV Bangiricenge (1912-1977) and elected "Premier Ministre" of Burundi in 1961. He was murdered by militant extremists of the political opposition on .
