Summary

Description
English: Abeyadana is named after Kyanzittha's queen. It is similar to Nagayon in style, and according to Strachan it was built slightly earlier. The ogival arch of the entrance would originally have been topped by a single rather than a double pediment, and the main tower and finials are in the form of a stupa. Like other temples, the exterior was originally stuccoed. Restored lions perch on the corners, as at the small shrine nearby.
