Ayla Oasis is a $1.4 billion real estate development project in Aqaba, Jordan. The development aims to create a "luxurious waterfront community" on the shores of the Red Sea. The project covers an area of approximately 17 square kilometers and has residential, commercial, and leisure facilities.[1]

The development of Ayla Oasis is centered around a marina and a golf course. It features villas, hotels, and apartments. The architecture and design of the development incorporate elements of modern and traditional Greek styles.[2]
